• English and Czech speaker required • Three to four years related experience and/or training • Valid Driver’s License • Requirement to be physically fit and able • Ability to complete the outlined job specification in the roles of Greenkeeper 2 • Knowledge of Microsoft systems • Communication and organizational skills •

Roles and responsibilities Performs a diverse range of activities involved in the administration of golf course, estates, and landscape maintenance. Assists the Golf Course and Estates Manager with the daily running of the department. A high emphasis is put on communication skills and confidentiality. The candidate should have a key interest in sustainable estate management.

Essential Duties Admin: ♦ Sources quotations for materials ♦ Order supplies for the department as directed including but not limited to Admin and canteen supplies, safety and uniform supplies ♦ Tracks and Record’s all items related to procurement ♦ Tracks and reconciles petty cash ♦ Liaises with Finance department ♦ Ensures timely return & tracking of staff time sheets and holiday forms ♦ Liaise with HR department ♦ Completes stock check of all materials ♦ Ensures all Material Safety Data Sheets are relevant and up to date ♦ Attends Agronomy and Estates meetings and takes minutes ♦ Maybe asked to review reports for grammar, spelling or conciseness Essential Duties Estates & Landscape Coordinator: ♦ Manages the weekly and monthly Estates Work Program ♦ Meets with Regional Forestry Department to review work programs and forest development ♦ Chairs Estates & Landscape Monthly meeting and records minutes ♦ Reviews all Landscape areas for handover, conducts snag list and liaises with project manager/Contractor ♦ Liaises with all landscape architects and consultants ♦ Creates and manages a forestry and tree care management program ♦ Sources all materials required by landscape and estates team ♦ Records man hours on each individual projects for year end cross charging ♦ Tenders’ afforestation and other agreed contracted work ♦ Reviews all landscape designs prior to planting ♦ Maintains Estates and Landscape Budget ♦ Manages the GEO Oncourse program for sustainability with the end goal of certification
