Sample the atmosphere of life at Oaks Prague. We have developed two show apartments, one located in the Park View Residence by Chapman Taylor architectural studio, and the other in Golf View Apartments by Vivian Lee of Meier Partners, New York.
An apartment designed for the discerning owner
This stylish, two-bedroom show apartment with a total area of 156 m² has two balconies and a 100 m² roof terrace with an unforgettable view of the PGA National Czech Republic golf course, the Sázava countryside, and the entire OAKS complex. It includes two lounge zones, an outdoor kitchen with a dining table, and a pergola to provide shade. The luxurious furnishings are complemented by a hi-fi audio-video system and smart home solutions. The interior design proposal for the show apartment was created by architect Andrej Tušan as part of the Chapman Taylor Prague studio. Particular emphasis has been placed on the selection of exclusive Italian furniture, which, in symbiosis with locally sourced built-in furnishings, creates an unmistakable atmosphere combining style and comfort.
