Oaks Prague is full of all our latest stories – from a creation of residential housing, PGA National golf course to the renovation of our historic Chateu.
When arriving to Nebřenice from Prague (D1 exit – Modletice), turn right at the first intersection in Nebřenice, at the next intersection turn right again, cross the bridge and continue to the Golf Club. Visitors are encouraged to follow this route, as the original diversion route is closed for general traffic now and only serves as an access road for visitors of our show apartment. We are looking forward to your visit!
We will be more than happy to welcome you at show apartment soon! The best inspiration can often be found in nature itself, that is why Kunc Architects designed the interior of the apartment in the soft shades of beige and brown and in materials that are in harmony with the entire project concept. The luxury two-bedroom model apartment is equipped with a smart house solution, has a large terrace and is situated in the heart of the project designed by Chapman Taylor Architects. There are just a few last things to finish, and we will start the furnishing and decorating. We cannot wait for you to join us to get the feel of this unique place – your future home. As you know, last year was a really important year for our golf course for a number of reasons. We opened the entire 18-hole course in August, and what is more, our course was named the Czech Republic’s Best Golf Course of 2020, as well as Europe’s Best Golf Course for 2020 at the World Golf Awards. Our maintenance team is there in and out of the golf season making sure we continue to provide a superior golf experience. We are already well into our winter work programme and over the past months the team has been cutting and collecting all the hard roughs to ensure better playability. We are also sand topdressing all surfaces to improve firmness and remove any small imperfections including solid tine aeration to remove the seasons compaction and encourage deeper rooting. The team is working on spot drainage, and irrigation installation along with tree and forest care. In cooperation with our landscape architect, we are reforesting the areas that had to be cleared due to bark beetle infestation. Only indigenous tree species are being planted now. This makes the newly wooded areas more stable and better equipped to take on all the environmental factors while producing long term sustainability.
